About Him: 

Vu was a very outgoing person and loved to crack jokes up. I remember somethimes I would hae a bad day and he would do anything to get me to smile, or anyone to smile again. He liked to prove people wrong, if you told him that he couldnt do something, he would go and show you that he could. He knew many people and made friends very easy, everywhere Vu went there was always someone that knew him. Vu enjoyed going to parties on the weekends and hang out with his friends at the pool hall in sterling, and enjoyed his smoking "Blacks" ciggerates.

An Ashburn man driving on Interstate 95 early yesterday morning died after veering off the road.Vu Tuan Hoang, 20, was traveling north when he steered his car off the right side of the road near mile marker 125, struck an embankment and overturned, said Sgt. F.L. Tyler of the state police.Tyler said Hoang, who was not wearing a seat belt, died after being thrown from the 2004 Nissan Sentra. No one else was involved in the crash, which is being investigated
